Research Interests

i).To study the dysfunction of adenosine system mechanisms underlying the pharmacoresistant epilepsy patients (temporal lobe epilepsy, focal cortical displasia, tuberous sclerosis, and Rasmussen's encephalitis).
ii). To set the parameters for the Vagus nerve stimulation and to study the mechanisms of Vagus nerve stimulation in treating intractable epilepsy.
iii). To perform the pre-surgery evaluation for intractable epilepsy.
